As President, Jake is responsible for the overall vision of the company and the execution of its business strategy. Working closely with the COO and Director of US Operations, he oversees the corporation and its business development efforts to ensure RGE is ahead of the curve, providing unique value propositions to all of its partners.
Starting his career in project management, construction and health & safety, Jake combines years of field experience with over $100 Million in capital spend projects to bring a unique perspective to business development. With this being the third company he has founded, Jake utilizes his expertise in creating value-add sales and marketing programs to ensure RGE encompasses all of the best qualities and tools of his previous experiences.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jason is responsible for implementing RGE’s Partner Centric Model, creating organizational effectiveness and enabling our team of sales professionals to deliver best-in-class, high-quality partner service. He actively manages our proprietary Customer Relationship Management infrastructure, initiates effective business development systems utilizing market analytics, enhances partner reporting and communication, and mentors and coaches our team of sales professionals through strong business acumen.
Jason brings 25 years of business development and sales leadership experience, in both public and private companies, to RGE. Throughout his career, he has successfully utilized a client centric approach to generate over $650M in business. With a knack for identifying the unique needs of each client, he develops customized solutions tailored to achieving their organizational goals. Jason’s experiences have shaped cost-effective client and sales strategies with a foundation designed to “help our partners build and grow”.
As the VP of Corporate Development, Jason fully integrates all sectors of RGE across North America through the use of strategic planning and monitoring of day-to-day activities. Successfully executing over $700 Million in energy projects from concept to completion, he has a unique ability to break down the specific needs of each project and develop custom plans to meet and exceed client expectations.
Jason centers his business operations around his core value of building relationships founded on trust and integrity. With both strong interpersonal and technical capabilities, he constantly delivers innovative solutions that provide opportunities for continued growth and advancement within the industry.
As a dedicated and innovative professional, Mikenna leads RGE’s Technical Marketing and Digital Optimization divisions. Starting out as an ambitious designer and brand developer, she has advanced into a creative executive who highlights partners’ unique value proposition and strategically evolves their brands. Mikenna’s experience helps shape her current role building teams and environments that cultivate creativity, drive connections and deliver results.
Compelled by exploring new markets and expanding her capabilities, she brings a unique and technical approach to each project. Mikenna advocates systematic design and content storytelling, believing brands should be easy to understand and impossible to ignore. With customer satisfaction at her core, she develops transparent and lasting connections with our partners and team.
